REFUNDS/ STORE CREDITS
- If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please mail off your return to our distribution center within 14 days of delivery date for a refund. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
- Return orders totaling $150 or more will be subject to a $5.99 restocking fee.
- Returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed. Once processed you will receive an email notification. Refunds can take up to 10 business days for funds to reflect in your account depending upon your financial institution. Store credits are given in the form of an E- Gift Card.
- Sale items are now refundable unless stated otherwise in a special sale promotion.
- Items ending in $.50 are final sale
- Due to our items being highly demanded, we do not offer exchanges.
- If store credit is preferred, simply write "Store Credit" on the front of the packing slip.
- If your order did not include a packing slip, you may print out your order confirmation email.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING
- Bodysuits
- Items ending in $.50
- Swimwear
- Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces
- Items sent back after 14 days of delivery date
- Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.
SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS
- Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
- We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.
If your purchase was placed using a credit card and a gift card, the refund will be issued first to the gift card and the remaining funds will be issued to the credit card.
SHIPPING TIPS
- We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Svelte Stylez will not be able to fulfill your return.
RETURN TO SENDER
Orders that are "Returned to sender" will receive a $5.99 restocking and the original shipping fees will not be returned.

Svelte Stylez reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.sveltestylez.com at any time due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
